The general Terms of Service for Cultural Intention apply across the website. When it comes to using these resources, this Commercial Use License governs permitted use.
WHAT “RESOURCES” MEANS
In this license, “Resources” refers to:
• Templates
• Clipart
• Stock photos
• Graphics and visual assets
• Custom GPTs
• Digital downloads
• Printables
• Any included digital or visual materials
Unless stated otherwise, the rules below apply to all Resources.
DEFINITION USED IN THIS LICENSE
Finished Product refers to completed content shared only in a non-editable, flattened format, such as PDFs, image files, or physical printed items.
Editable files are not considered Finished Products.
LICENSE TYPE
Each purchase grants a license to:
• One individual
OR
• One clearly defined organization
A clearly defined organization refers to a single legal entity operating under one name and location. Separate branches, campuses, departments, districts, or affiliated entities require separate licenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
You may:
• Edit, brand, and customize templates into your own Finished Products
• Use clipart, stock photos, and graphics within finished designs or content
• Sell Finished Products on your website, TpT, Etsy, or similar platforms
• Sell finished digital products as flattened, non-editable files such as PDFs or JPEGs
• Print and use Finished Products with clients, customers, students, or participants
• Use Finished Products in classrooms, schools, workshops, programs, and community settings within the licensed scope
• Use Resources for education, facilitation, or business purposes once customized
• Create and sell unlimited Finished Products, provided they are not mass-produced and do not replicate the original structure or branding
• Use clipart, stock photos, and graphics on websites, blog posts, and social media as part of larger original content
• Use Custom GPTs for your own planning, writing, and decision-making
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
You may not:
• Resell, share, or give away original editable files
• Share Canva files, Google files, PowerPoint files, or editable PDFs
• Share, sell, license, or provide access to Custom GPTs to others
• Use Custom GPTs as part of client services, programs, bundles, or commercial offerings
• Share, resell, or distribute clipart, stock photos, or graphics as standalone files
• Offer visual assets as downloadable files
• Use Resources as freebies, giveaways, or lead magnets
• Upload Resources to platforms where others can edit or access them
• Allow others to use the Resources without additional licenses
• Claim the original templates, designs, prompts, workflows, or visual assets as your own
• Recreate, repackage, or slightly modify Resources for the purpose of competing with the original products
• Use Resources for mass production or print-on-demand services without a separate written agreement
MASS PRODUCTION
Mass production includes print-on-demand platforms, retail resale, bulk commercial printing, Amazon KDP, large-scale manufacturing, or distribution exceeding 500 physical units without written permission.
WHAT’S EXPECTED WHEN YOU USE THESE RESOURCES
Resources must be used as part of a Finished Product or larger piece of content, not on their own.
For templates, this means customizing text, layout, structure, or branding.
For clipart, stock photos, and graphics, this means using them within a larger design such as a worksheet, slide deck, printable, website page, blog post, social media graphic, or branded material.
The Resources are meant to support your work, not replace it.
ORGANIZATIONAL USE
Organizations may internally distribute Finished, flattened materials within the licensed entity.
Editable files may not be shared across staff, departments, branches, districts, campuses, or locations without additional licenses.
LICENSE REVOCATION
We reserve the right to revoke this license upon violation. Revocation does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
OWNERSHIP
All Resources remain the intellectual property of Cultural Intention.
This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
GOVERNING LAW
This Commercial Use License is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
